Since the establishment of the office in 1991 (Rafie Fadel office) and passing through the intermediate stage (Arab House office) from 1996 until 2009, the office's activity within the field of civil engineering was limited to structural designs for residential floor projects, commercial and residential buildings, and the accompanying engineering supervision works for several sites in Baghdad, Erbil, and Najaf, up to the current stage

(Balad Al-Salam Engineering Office) in 2009, where the office became a new look after fellow engineers joined a mechanism of other engineering, architectural, electrical, and mechanical specializations, to open wide horizons for the office’s activity in terms of preparing designs and supervising horizontal and vertical residential complexes and shopping malls And preparing designs for the cities of games and weddings in Baghdad, Kut and Diwaniyah.

With our distinguished group of consulting engineers in all specialties, we look forward to provide design services in housing projects, city infrastructure, investment projects, tourism and industrial projects, according to the latest local and international engineering specifications, while carrying out engineering supervision work on all projects, in addition to carrying out project management according to the latest internationally applied engineering management methods.

Our Goal

The office seeks to diversify engineering projects from a technical point of view, with all architectural specialties, including in the field of modern construction methods, in a way that is inspired by Islamic architecture in terms of function and form, and in accordance with the Iraqi environment and climate changes in order to save energy and use clean alternative energy. The concept of industrial safety and the correct management of time and costs and keeping pace with modern project management arts and in the field of electrical engineering in order to achieve cost savings, improve performance and reduce waste in the use of electrical energy by employing technological development in the field of lighting and other uses of electric power with the popularization of uses of solar energy and methods of intelligent control of electrical circuits within Residential facilities, units, commercial buildings, and in the field of mechanical engineering, in order to achieve comfortable living conditions for people, by using the latest air-conditioning methods for residential and commercial buildings and units, and to ensure the delivery of potable water by adopting the latest methods of purifying river water or wells with the disposal of water Heavy and modern scientific and technological methods to achieve a clean environment free of pollution. The office and its cadres also seek to develop the technical and engineering performance of its employees, spread the spirit of participation in engineering expertise, and ensure its transfer to subsequent engineering generations by pursuing training courses for its employees.
